Meditate & Digest

"I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you."  Psalm 119:11 NLT 

Scripture tells us to meditate on God's Word. This verse gives us a picture of one of the great benefits of doing that.  The Word of God is alive and active, perfect for teaching, correcting, rebuking, and transforming you from the inside out. 

Your part is not to make it happen in your life, but to chew on it and submit to Grace and Truth.
Meditate and Digest issoul food, a great way to digest the Word of Christ one Scripture, one week at a time by the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Scripture is posted mid-week for you to roll around and keep at the forefront of your mind and mouth for the week. Talk to God about it.

It might be a very familiar verse. Many of you KNOW these Scriptures, but taking the time to meditate on them allows them to transfer from your mind into your heart through the power of the Holy Spirit. He can give you a fresh and personal perspective. When that transfer takes place, then they spill into your life and actions.

Each week includes something that the Lord has personally ministered to me through that Scripture. Be blessed!
