STUDY LAYOUT:

Before we begin, I'd like to prepare you with what you can expect each day. This study is designed to fit into any schedule... Slaughtering that giant of EXCUSE right out of the gate! In saying that, I really don't believe I have to beg YOU to go deeper with God. No, you are not the limiting factor. I believe you are here because you want to go deeper with Him, so I am counteracting any voice of "impossible" trying to keep you from the intimacy you want and God wants for you. Precious time with God is possible, even if you can only give Him a few minutes of your day. Praying He multiplies the blessing of that little portion you are willing and able to give Him!


We are going to dig into the Word, digest through movement, and repeat for 4 weeks. Check out this video for details.

The 30 minute workouts are downloadable, so you can take them with you and do them often... Take them off the grid while you travel! The only required equipment is a sticky mat. You'll see other helpful optional tools in some of the workouts, but try things first and see what you might want from there. Still crushing excuses here!

This course was originally recorded to start on Wednesdays, but Day 1 material opens up the day you enroll. You can mold it to your weekdays as you see fit, but keep it daily! Your content will be available to you each morning and you will get an email reminder each day that will vary depending on your time zone. That email is just a helpful tool to remind you to keep the commitment and healthy habit you are hoping to create or maintain here. Researchers say that it takes 21 days to form a new habit and I want to help you succeed. You will need to print out your PDF video guide with follow up focus (available in the next section).
